Welcome Indeed!

I'm so glad you stopped by! I've been hanging around the internet since 1995 and it wasn't long before I created my first website. This particular one is the third or fourth incarnation and is the most personal one so far. I now have three grandchildren and I've remarried so my priorities for my website have changed. I want to brag! The Family page has more information about my husband, children and grandchildren.

Another current interest is genealogy. Once upon a time, there was a French doctor who came to North America and changed his name. Everyone with that particular surname in their line is related -- and I suspect there are a lot of us out there. My father was one of them. I would love to create a complete family tree. The Genealogy page traces my particular branch of the line and tells what I know of my ancestor's story. I would also like to try and trace my first husband's line for my children's sake. My daughter, especially, would like to know more.

This 'n That is a catch-all page for anything that doesn't fit in any of the other categories. My last website had a page called "Fun Stuff" for things and places I found interesting and wanted to share and that's the sort of thing you'll find. I also include a link to my web journal.
